I used Nair and got bumps

I used nair and got a lot of red ugly bumps I have a swimming party on thursday so I really need a speedy fix I know time is probably going to have to be the healer but is there anything I cna do to speed the process?

You might me alergic to it so I don't recomend using it again but try useing a good body scrub, thats like really gritty, make sure you scrub it in good where the bumps are.
