Hey there!

Try substituting fatty foods for healthier ones. Such as:
Water for all the other sugary, carbonated, etc. drinks out there
Whole wheat bread for white bread
Fruits as snacks instead of chips, popcorn, etc.
*But just so you know: If you're a popcorn-lover, believe it or not it's a good snack because it doesn't add anything bad and doesn't add anything good. Just don't add any salt or butter ;]

So you get the basic idea with the food.

Now exercise:
Try walking everyday for 10-30 minutes. Or at least 4 times a week. Walking is the best way to burn off fat.
Crunches and sit-ups are great for toning your stomach so I'd do maybe 10-40 a day.

I hope this helps! =]
