i tried on a condom the other day due to curiosity and found that the bottom of it was very tight around my penis and the condom was on very tight is this a problem

Although condoms should fit nice and snug, they shouldn't be too tight. If it hurts or is cutting off circulation then it's too small. But good news, condoms do come in different sizes. If you need one then find out what size the one you tried on was and get a larger size. The best news yet is: haha, at least you didn't need a SMALLER size :P

it's supposed to be tight! because if it was loose, then it could come off! That would lead to bad, bad things.
