MY BREATH!

ok so like this is really embaresing but seriously i like brush my teeth like 4 times a day, cause for sum reason when i brush my teeth and floss and use mouthwash about 30 minutes later they feel dirty again my mouth feels dirty and my breath smells! idk what should i do? i was just at the dentist like a month ago and he didnt say anything was wrong.. is there anything i can do to help my breath and teeth? pLease help k thanks! =]

It could be just you thinking that. Get others' opinions first; if they agree that your breath smells bad even after brushing and all, then you could have a problem. (You should have asked your dentist..) In this case, it would be wise to visit a doctor since it could be an actual disease.

i think there is a problem with your eating habits. do you eat on the right time and the right amount and food? if you aren't eating, you may have the tendency to have foul breath because of the acids released in the stomach. this is probably the reason why you feel dirty. Even if you brush 50 times a day if you aren't eating, you will still have to suffer from bad breath.

well, try brushing your toungue. Alot of stuff gets caked on you tongue and that causes bad breath.

Also, if you have braches or expanders, that is a good cause of it too.

also, the more you say rinse with mouthwash, the more the germs in your mouth get used to it. So tyr to turn it down a notch and stop worrying so much.

also consider buying those minty breath sprays that are very cheap in drg stores. they should help.
