Im starting the "Special K " diet.

Has anyone had experience with that?
Does it work?

It kind of works, but I agree with what the other comment says. You really DO get sick of it. Plus, it's not very good for you. You don't get all the nutrients you need (vitamin, carbs, protein), which can lead to poor health and overall fatigue. Pretty much, my skin and hair got kinda bad and I was tired alll the time. They want you to buy their water and snacks, but I felt like I was eating pure sugar.

Try it and see if it works for you, but I don't think you're supposed to do it for more than two or three weeks.

It does kind of work, but let me just say :
1)I got sick of the foods, because you had to have 2 bowls of that cereal everyday
2)It got expensive, because you had to buy the special K water, cereal, and bars.
