My friend is going on a cruise for her 18th birthday without her parents. I'm 17. Would I be allowed to go?

your alowed to go but there has to be an adult under the room. so if you roomed with your friend it'd probally be cool. also, all the activities to be like used as an example, you have to be 18 but you can go up and sya your 18. but other than that i'm pretty sure you can go
