What are some great work outs I can do for my lower abs, mainly? I'd rather not actually lose weight all over, because I like the erm, other assets, haha, but I'd just like to lose the bit of belly fat I've got.
Keep in mind, I don't have any workout equipment, other than a stationary bike at my Dad's house (who I see on the weekends), and a set of six pound weights.
Please try to be specific if describing any work outs, and I'd like to see results fairly quickly..
Keeping your legs straight and feet together, lift your legs together to 90 degrees, then lower to two inches off the ground, then repeat. For a beginner, lift from 90 degrees to 45 degrees, for intermediate, lift from 90 degrees to the ground, for advanced, go from 45 degrees to the ground.
It helps to do this in front of a mirror so you can see how much you're lifting your legs off the ground.

The best thing for lower abs is to do half-crunches. Lie on the floor with knees bent and your feet raised in the air and lift your hips off the ground, using your abs. Its the best way to slim down that area. Also, stay away from carbonated drinks, salty and sugary foods. They make you bloat.
