Let go? Meaning letting SOMEONE go or letting SOMETIGN go?

If it's SOMEONE...
You should let go when holding on becomes too painful or too difficult for either you or the other person. When holding on takes more from one of you or both of you than it gives. When it becomes either emotionally or socially or mentaly exhuasting and it is not worht it or... you have other more important priorities.
Does thta make sense?

If it's SOMETHING...
Unfortunately you can't decide to let it go so easily. You have to push yourself. Think about how you have hurt others and you wish you could take it back and you wish they would forgive you. Letting things go will make you feel better (maybe not right away but eventually). The sonner the better.

I hope I was of help to you. To be honest I am not completely sure I understood the question or you understood the answer. If I failed to address the question or if you didn't understand the answer feel free to send me a message and ask me again and add any comments or questions or details and I will do my best to further explain!

Have a nice day!!! ^_^
