soo what is the best brand of eye liner that will stay on all day?

For the pencil/retractable kind, I have 3 personal favorites. I love Revlon ColorStay, CoverGirl Perfect Point Plus, And Victoria's Secret's VERY SEXY Eyeliner.


They're all $10 & under and they come on really smooth and very BLACK :)
