i need to loose weight!

In the last 2 weeks i have gained about 12 lbs
and you can tell!
I have a class trip coming up and we are seen in bathing suits! Its in like 3 weeks!
I really would like to loose around 15 lbs , because now I am over weight.
When im home and bored , I cant stop eating!
So i am wondering, what can i do to loose at least 12 lbs , and stop eating as much as I do.

that happens with me when i don't have track, i get bored after school and eat. it's a hard habit to break, but if you make yourself busy after school and occupy yourself you won't be as tempted to eat.
it's important to wactch the foods that you eat too. don't eat any white bread, processed foods, soda, or too much carbs. protein is good, as well as whole wheat, fruits and veggies, and drinking a lot of water is supposed to help you lose weight.
for exercise, the only thing that will make you lose weight is cardio. things like sit-ups and lunges won't get rid of fat, they just tone the muscles underneath. a good way to lose weight is to walk and run. walk for 1 minute, jog for 3, and keep alternating. that burns fat faster than distance running. a fun way to lose weight is to dance, or try pilates. there's a bunch of stuff you can do.

dont worry about your weight.Youre fine just the way you are. If you want to loose some weight, try chewing gum instead of anything else.

You could try to eat healthier foods or doing extercise. Insteat of being in your house go out for a walk or ride your bike. If you start getting hungry grab an apple and go take a walk. Another thing you could do is put pictures of bikinis in the refrigerator so that you can remember not to eat so much,but never stop eating because that could get worse. EAT HEALTHY!!!!!!!!!
