even though i don't think there are many gay people in ym school being harassed, should i still do the day of silence? i support it and everything but i don't want it to be pointless
any advice?

It shouldn't really be a quantity over quality thing. Even if it's just for one person, I'm certain that person will really appreciate it. Also, don't be fooled by what happens behind closed doors. Just because you don't see something, that doesn't mean it isn't happening. Even if you think there aren't many homosexuals at your school being harassed, that doesn't mean that they aren't. Most people keep that stuff to themselves anyways. So, it's totally up to you if you should still participate or not, but if I were you I would.
