13/f and wanna look Good ok im 13/f and im not fat.
im a soccer player. but i have some, like baby
fat i guess on my tummy area. and i have big thighs. and i want to look super good this summer. what are some things i can do to lose some weight and stuff. and Soon.

Mainly do crunches. that is really good for your tummy. also doing leg crunches is really good because it works out your butt, legs, back and parts of your stomach. also if you run, jog, or walk around the block just once a day. I have the same problem with getting a little bit of weight in my stomach and thighs. but that should do the trick..
