The bottom line of all this is... diet, cardio, and other general exercise is the only way to lose weight. You cannot control where this comes from, and you can crunch from here til next year and you will not target your stomach fat. You will strengthen the muscle, but thats all (the muscle does not own the fat around it).
I answer a lot of these, but its a little like trying to put out a forest fire with only a bucket lol.
