"the curse"

i got my curse this week (my period) and I have REALLY bad cramps. I don't know what to do to make them better!

help please

I always have major cramps and stomach aches around that time, but it usually works for me.

Put icy hot patches on your stomach, you can wear it to school and everything! it makes it feel SOO much better, trust me. :)

some say that light exercise or yoga helps, i know .. who really wants to exercise on their period? but i guess it does help with cramps.
or heating pads where the pain is most, is suppose to help as well. also if you tried drinking a lot of water and herbal teas. :)
