ear peirceing

i want to go to get my ears pierced again, just third holes. Well do i have to have a parent come with me to sign something? or can my sister just do it (shes 19). Im 17, do i need a parent signature at all?

i live in massachusetts if it matters.

Well, down here in California, at least the city I live in, you have to be 18 or older to get it done by yourself.
And when they say 18 they mean 18.
It says if you're any younger bring a parent or guardian with you.
So I'm sure it'd be fine if you just bring your sister.

i got 4 holes done (two on each ear) by myself with friends when i was 13 years old. the oldest person i was with was 15
so no it doesnt matter how old you are when it comes to ear piercing, i guess its just really about where the piercing is.
i live in Canada though, but it shouldnt be any different
