So, I know if you have sex with a guy and you're a virgin, he'll "pop your cherry" but what is it like? I mean is it really awkward or something? And no, i'm not having sex anytime soon lol, i'm just curious :]

my cherry was first popped when my boyfriend used his fingers. i felt embarassed because i was bleeding on him but he was totally cool with it and was mature about it. its nothing that us girls can stop. when we started having sex months later it still bled for several times. yes it was a major inconvience and a bit awkward. but if you are with someone that you truly care about and who truly cares about you then there will be no problem. and honey, if he gets grossed out then he is not mature enough to be doing what he was doing to break it in the first place.

having sex isn't the only way to "pop a cherry" you can do it by playing a really intense sport, using a tampon, even riding a horse. the only thing that happens is you bleed and your hymen "thin piece of skin inside of your vagina" breaks. thats why they call it popping a cherry. its different on different people, sometimes they don't even realize that its been popped.

you don't always have your cherry popped the first time you have sex. my first time didn't hurt at all and i'm not "lose" so it really all depends on the person i think it's more of an uncomfortable feeling than anything else. i use tampons so i probably "popped my cherry" doing that. but like i said every person is different. hope i helped.

your hymen isn't always broken by sex.
strenuous activity, running, swimming, horseback riding, jumping, gymnastics, strectching & so much more can be the cause of a broken hymen.
i'm not sure what it feels like to be broken during sex because mine was broken while i was running.
but i know that it bleeds a bit & that's all.
some people say you can feel pain, but that's probably because the first time you have sex, it's painful, whether your hymen is broken or not.

your first time should be special if you want it to be.
but your first time will be DEFENELY painful. yes you will enjoy it but you will be in pain for like a week.
it will hurt to sit and to even pee.
so when he "pops your cherry" it will also hurt him . not just you. because your a virgin and you will be what they consider really tight
