If you feel like you're neglecting your own problems and focusing just on others, you will know.
Are you happy with your life? Are there things bothering you right now?
Whilst it IS nice to help people, you should come first.
So if you do feel like you're pushing your problems aside, it's really best not to and you should definitely talk to someone about any issues you have, as it will make you feel better and realize - people can help and do things for YOU too. [ thelaura's advice column | Ask thelaura A Question ]

I mean I love helping people out but I have also noticed that I rarely tell people my problems and help others with theirs.
But, if it makes you happy and you are fine with that feeling and don't think it is a burden of any kind then it's doesn't matter much.
But, I also think that you shouldn't keep all of your problems to yourself. Share some of your problems woth others and let them help you. [ TheAnnie's advice column | Ask TheAnnie A Question ]
