inserting Ok, well i am 14/f and i started my period 4 months ago. I really want to wear tampons because they are easier and you cant feel them. Every time i try to insert one, it hurts, i am angling it and i have it halway in, but when i try to push the rest up there, it just wont go and it hurts really bad. I have only got it in one time, and i pushed it up far, but when i set down, i could feel it and it was uncomfortable. Now, i cant push it up there even if i try.

I felt the same way you did. When I finally got it right, it was such a relief..! So keep trying!
The key is to be as relaxed as possible, and to not think about it so much; don't think about the pain you previously experienced. Try it during or after a shower, or whenever you feel more relaxed. Putting some sort of lubricant on the applicator helps too. ]
I went through 3 boxes to get it right. You can try Playtex Gentle Glide it just glides right up but i didn't know this when I started using them but you have to put the applicator in you then you push it up with the stick thing but try siting on the toliet and point it towars your back and don't practice with super.
or you could go to beingirl.com they have a lot of tips ]
well, there are some tampons that are made really small. They work, but they don't hurt as much. One type is called ob pro comfort. Or make sure your putting it in right, try tips off the computer to help . ]
Have you tried reading the instructions are looking it up online? Are you sitting on the toilet or squatting when you put it in? You are supposed to be sitting or squatting. Try looking up techniques online and see if that helps. ]
