I'm in 8th grade and I have a huge crush on this guy and I know he doesn't like me more than a friend but I just can't help having a stupid crush on this guy. He talks to me and he use to pull my hair and stuff when he sat behind me but now we have different seating charts and he doesn't talk much to him anymore. I feel like if I do talk to him that he'll think I still like him. I still do but I don't want him thinking that. I think he knows but I don't know he still thinks that. I try to ignore him sometimes but its kinda weird. I am sometimes shy and if he talks to me I'll act fine and talk to him. I just need help on what to do. Thanks.

If you like the guy then go for it. The worst he can say is no and then you will just find someone better. Maybe you can find ways to talk to him, just walk up to him and find some common ground. Talking to him for the first time is the trick after that things should come easier.

im 15/f and i've been through that. the best thing to do really is just start talking to him agian. just start with like hi how are you in the halls between class's! Then start with a bigger conversation then if you and your friends go to the movies or something start inviting him to that! guys can be very dumb so he problly won't think anything for a while. but even if he does know- he will think about it and take it from there. sometimes them knowing that you like them is the thing you need so you both can see where you want to take things.
