Hi i'm 17 years old and prom is in a few weeks and I heard that if you eat certain healthy foods it helps clear your skin so I was wondering what specific foods would help?
Nallie answered Friday April 11 2008, 11:41 am: A healthy diet is good for the hair and skin, the best things to eat are a lot of fruits and vegetables, especially those higher in vitamin C.(like the citrus fruits-melons-brocolli) Also higher protien foods, like lean meat and fish. Stay away from caffine and sugar.
Also drink plenty of water to help flush those toxins out of your system.
