i usually go to my bathroom where i have a bathtub/shower...
and then i undress and run the water. when the water gets to my desired temperature, i get into a position where my vagina is open right under the fosset and im on my back and my legs are in the air. it takes a while to orgasm, but when it does its pretty powerful.
