i am wondering why I gained so much weight when i started having sex,,sooo bad i gained about almost 30 pounds in just 2 years and sucks,,i tried to diet an exercise but not working any other suggestions?
Depending on your weight, thirty pounds on you may help your health. If not (if you are at a bmi that is too high- [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)) you can try to loose the weight again.
Your diet and exercise may have not been enough. Or you might have not been doing enough cardio which would cause you to gain muscle, which is heavier than fat.
Try to eat no to little junk food (little is like a few chips or a couple hershey kisses or one cookie). Only eat when you are hungry. When you are hungry try to eat fruits and veggies or a little cheese. Try not to eat too many carbs (two handfuls of cereal in the morning, one piece of bread, ect.)
For exercise, jog or ride your bike 6 days a week. You can walk, but after a week start jogging a half a mile and then after another week or two jog a mile and then increase the distance again. The cardio is very important to loose weight. Other things you could try is to swim, go on work out machines that don't have weight, dance, kickboxing, playing sports like soccer ect.) If you want to tone your muscles, try lifting weights of do exercises to specifically tone (crunches, push ups, squats, and much more you could find on the internet.)
