okay so im 15/f turning 16 this year in august. I want to lose weight really bad. My sister who had her baby in september has lost all of her baby fat within the last two weeks. She was in 12s but is now in 3s....my aunt has also lost 15 pounds in two weeks. Well i really want to lose weight. I weigh 180 and i know im overweight. I am about 5"5' and my boobs are a size 38D....they lost weight by watching what they eat, but they are not really eating anything...just little meals a day...so would that help me?? and what else could i do to lose lots of weight before summer??

You can't lose weight by not eating anything.
I can tell you that from experience. You will
actually gain weight because your metabolism
will just not get going.

Eat 3 meals and even snacks. Just make them
healthy ones. Cut back on eating anything
really high in fat. No sweets, no soft drinks.
I've actually lost 85 lbs and the only change
I made was stopping the diet soda. I drink
regular. I'd lose more if I stopped all
together!

And to get your metabolism going do something!
Walk or for more fun put some tunes on and
dance your heart out! You don't have to do
special exercises at all. You should see
results soon. :)
