long but need to know what it means

ok so theres this guy. lets call him "tyler" and so me and tyler have 2 hour together everyday. and when we are there, everyone says hes looking at me. and in pe my friend says that last friday when we were playing soccer, he was cheering for me. but he always says hes better then me. but in a kidding way. so we are always doing things to see whos better. like in soccer, who gets more goals. Well today in health he was kinda looking at me. and in the hall he was too. but its not like he stares. he just looks over till someone sees him or i see him. and my other friend says that he likes me because he always laughs at my jokes when they arent funny.(and i think they are so) and how hes always flirthing with me. and btw if it helps, everone at our school says we would make the cutest couple there. but when my friend asked him if he liked me he said no but he was with his friends. but when he was alone with this guy friend of mine, he said that i was kinda sexy. but i dont know what that means.
