i have trouble dealing with embarrassment. like if i do something that i find even slightly weird, it'll haunt me for weeks. for example, at my school they were walking around interviewing people about april fools jokes, so i randomly walk up to them after my friend and told them, which after i felt like a complete loser because idk i thought i looked weird or whatever. so part of me is like, come on its nothing! but then the other part is like, wow im embarrassed. so what is a good way to deal with embarrassment?

well why don't you try doing something you can be really proud of? cos that way you'll think more of that stituation than the embarrassing one.
and also , TRUST ME people don't see you like you see yourself. it's a lil sad but most people care more about themselves and what they do. just like youre thinking what you did was stupid, another person might feel the same way about something he/she did [maybe even a similar situation] but noone actually noticed because they think about what THEY do while others struggle with themselves as well and didnt even notice. basicly just like you. and i'm not saying that's bad or anything. it's just natural and i'm trying to say that maybe noone actually realised youre embarressed unless you of course ACT embarresed. so just try and hide it, laugh it off and nobodys gonna notice. sorry if that was a bit confusing haha
good luck tho :) [ Raindrops812a's advice column | Ask Raindrops812a A Question ]
