okay so i want to have a web show in youtube. all about me. like but i want to have alot of viewers maybe about 1 million. what can i do on my show that can make people want to view it? like if you were a viewer what would you like to see. i wanted to like make an advice video where people can ask questions and i make a video giving them advice but what other things can i do? thanks in advance! i rate.

Maybe give some free advice about: Random Weirdos?
While also doing what Endi says, you could also give suggestions. Like, new music to listen and books to read, movies and TV shows to see. You could even show clips of the above that you really like.
Pick up a newspaper, or look up interesting news on the internet or in magazines. Discuss that. Maybe bring a friend in to discuss it with, and crack little jokes along with your own opinons (think the Daley show). Maybe dub over on certain clips.
Maybe even pull a Martha Stewart and explain little crafts one could do.
I don't really know you personally, so I don't really know what talents you have but you might be able to add a little of that too.
Basically just try to keep your audience's attention. Be fun. If you've ever seen Smosh or any of the LARPers on YouTube you could pull some of their techniques out.

yea i wanted to do that too but i just didn't have the equipment x D anyways
it helps if you have a good camera, which means, good mega bites...
extra features can go a long way. so try to have an intro with a song and letters.
don't get too boring. humor once in a while can help too.
