this is going to be confusing so bare with me
i have this friend A whose a guy. i talk to him on the phone every night and hes one of my best friends. i can literally tell him anything. the thing is, i have liked his friend M for a while and he knows, hes been really supportive saying oh well you two should date blah blah blah. But i wasnt so sure. I didnt know wether or not i like A. I mean hes really really really cute hes nice funny and he cares about me. But i dont know M that well. besides those factors i decided to stay likeing M. well last night, my friend A told me he likes me. and now i dont know what to do. i dont think he wants to go out with me but im not sure. hes been acting really weird when i text him like always giving short answers and things. what do i do about A? i dont even know if i like M still. im so confused. why is A acting weird now?? sorry this is so long but i really need to know.
please please please tell me what you think of this situation!

deep in your heart, whether you see it now or not, you know who you like & you know who you want to be with.
A is probably only acting weird because he may regret telling you how he felt & only because he's unsure if you feel that same way.
give yourself some time.
sit down & think about both guys & then decide which you'd prefer.
in all honesty, this should be the easiest decision of your life. when you really, truly care & like someone, you just know it.
& by reading your question, i kind of get this crazy idea as to which boy you'd prefer to be with, and deep in your heart you know which boy i'm thinking it is.

well what you gotta do is just figure out who you can see yourself with in the future... (personally im rooting for A here) haha... but the reason he is being weird is probably because he feels a little bit embarrassed by telling you that he likes you cuz he doesnt know how/if you feel the same way back...and that can humiliate a guy when they tell a girl how they feel and the girl doesnt feel the same way back ya know... you just need to listen to your heart and figure out which one you want to be with... DO NOT lead A on though...either tell him that you love him but as a friend and thats all you'll ever be or you could tell him that youre just really confused right now and need some time to sort through your feelings... i mean, chances are hes not going anywhere and if he really likes you he'll wait! the fact that you said you dont even know if you still like M makes me think that you want to be with A too... :) you just need to figure this out yourself and figure out what youre true feelings are telling you to do! good luck :D
