ipod video

I have an ipod video the big one and the lock button doesnt work and neither does the headphone jack does anyone have advice.

well it depends how old it is, if its still under warranty. If it is the you can send it back and they will send you a new or fixed ipod (probably new) free of charge. If not try to restart it a couple times by the middle button and menu down for about 5 or so seconds and let it restart. If this doesn't work its most likly broken and there is really nothing you can do. Hope I could help!
