how to be skinny: hey i'm 14 years old / female.
I'm around 5,0 not even probably.
I weigh 102 lbs. =|
anyways to shed off some weight!!
don't tell me i'm freaking skinny.
i'm not.
so give me some advice i can use.

well you actually are pretty skinny so i dont know what you need to be worried about. but if you want to lose some weight you can start running for 30-60 minutes a day.. i did that and i definetly started seeing results quick and you also have to eat healthy and try not to eat as much junk food.. also cut out sodas and replace them with water. hope i helped and good luck! ]
okay ill give you some advice if it makes you feel better, but first i wanna say....
your crazy hun. if you seriously think your fat when you're that short and only 102 lbs when your 14, you need help, not a diet. my freshmen year, i weighed 153 and i was 5'3" and i was NOT fat, and you may think i'm lying about my weight, but im dead serious.
anyways. get your metabalism going. eat 6 meals a day, drink as much water as you can (HUGE HELP) and 50 crunches everynight. DO NOT SKIP ON THE CRUNCHES. you will just gain the weight right back. your meals should not be fastfood (: and try to cut down on junk as much as possible. (:
