Can't Figure Out What To Do?

Well I am going to tell you the whole story form start to finish sorry if it is long I will try my best to not detail it as much.
Well, on Saturday there was this guy named Dillon on webcam with me and we were talking, all of a sudden he asks "Will you go out with me?" And I said what are u joking?! And he said no! And I could see the grin on his face. Dillon is a big joker so I though it was another one of his jokes like they always are, so I kept on saying no and I asked my bestfriend if it was true and she said she asked him and she said he said it wasn't true so I okay and I told him no again, then Eric said it was true and I didn't beleive him either because Dillon was sleeping over at Eric's. So he had to go, we said good-bye and stuff and we logged off. At school on Monday Dillon woulden't even so much as look at me when we got in class!! Then he started telling all of his guy friends, and they were all saying "Dude that was harst you said no to him" And I said " I though he was joking like he always is!?" And they said no and everyone is bugging me that I said no to him. But the only reason why I didn't go out with him is becuase if I did say yes and it was a joke then he would bug me that I like him and that I said yes to him. But I REALLY like him and I messed up big time! I am soo upset..:(. Everyone is telling me to tell him that I though he was joking and that I want to go out with him but I want to wait for him to ask me out again.. Everyone thinks thats wrong, I have liked Dillon for 6 years and now he asks me out and I mess it all up. . . Help Me Please!

Well i can understand your situation, from a guys point of view, i'd like to think Dillon has some maturity about him, so when you get a chance, pull him aside and just have a chat with him, simply ask him if he was serious about wanting to go out with you. If he says yes then ask him, Will you go out with me?
You should hope he says yes, when he does, give him a hug and go from there.
It should be easy to do you just need to find the inner strength to say what you want to say, so don't be afraid, simply ask Dillon if he likes you then if he will go out with you.
Once you have broken the ice it will all be so easy you'll be shocked how easy it will be.
