heyy. so like .. i was hanging out with my guy friend, who i guess you could say is like a wanna be player. and we were sitting in his car & he kissed me. we talked after that and he told me he wanted to hook up and i realized that i wanted to also.. so about a week later, we hung out again and we hooked up. i wasn't sure about it before but now i feel like i like him. i wouldn't want to go out with him though because hes a player/ he can be pushy. we talked the day after we hooked up & things seemed to be chill between us but its been a few days and we havent talked. i texted him and he didnt respond .. i'm just in a state of confusion and i dont think i should like him but right now, i can't really help it. what should i do ?

It's okay to like him, but make sure you know what your getting into and see if that's really what you want from a boyfriend (you're already starting to figure that out with him, which is great) and know if he would want a relationship with you. Keep your eyes open because when you like someone you tend to tune out other possibilities. Let him come to you, but don't let him use you just to hook up with.

If you know the guy is a player then it may not be a safe relationship for you, emotionally wise, but if you really feel like you want to give the guy a chance then let him know you like him and want to try it. Just be careful about it, though he is your guy 'friend' he is still a guy, and a known to be player, so watch out for it and be ready for anything.
