VIDEOS NEAR TO MY HEART!!!!!!!

lol alright so i seriously have noo idea how to drag videos into my itunes music section. [Ive got the new ipod nano] and i dno how to download them to my ipod either.
so i've got the videos but thats it.
i have nooo idea what to do now! :(
heelp!
and explain in an easy kinda way pls. im a bit of a dummy when it comes to computers lol :/

If you bought the vidoes using the iTunes store, all you have to do is plug your iPod in and they should automatically transfer.
