Prom
Within a 1 week period I asked my friend to prom on the Tuesday, but I did it through a text message in French when we were sitting next to each other and told her I would let her know what it meant later. on Friday I told her, and she told me I should have said something yesterday because another person asked her on Thursday. she would rather go with me but we don't know what to say to the other guy because technically I asked her first. What can we say to the other guy? I am seventeen and a senior in high school. she didn't think to wait for me to ask because I don't usually go to dances.

Well The best thing she can do it say that you asked her first and its only fair that she goes with you. I'm not sure of any other way. She can tell him that this dance is important and she wants to go with you because this is a big thing and all. If she really wants to go with you she will do it, if not then :..
