I'm 17 years old, 5'5", and weigh around 96 pounds. I'll go ahead and say I am pretty thin, but there are some areas that could use some muscle definition. Before I even ask my question, I am NOT looking to lose any weight. Weight loss is not a concern for me. I'm not involved in any sports, and I used to run in my free time, but haven't gotten around to doing so in about a year. I would really just like to tone up my whole body in general, especially for summer. I'm enrolled in a fitness gym that opens the first of June, so just some exercises or activities that I can do at home to give me a head start on toning would be extremely appreciated.

My sister and I used to rip up a bunch of pieces of paper and write a workout on each and mix it up into a hat. Then pull each out and do it. For motivation do this with a friend. On a few write like water break or something and only take a break when you get to those ones. And remember to have fun with this!! [ -Star-'s advice column | Ask -Star- A Question ]
