Sorry but it's false, if it was true i would be taller right now, and milk dont make u grow either, it just makes the bone stronger. ]
False. Height is genetic. However, I have a friend who had treatments for her back where they put her on sort of a stretching apparatus, which increased the space between the vertebrae in her back. As a result, nutrients could get to the in between places and she ended up "growing" about half an inch. ]
