Best cream out there i've used is "eyes alive" by wei east. its deffinatly worth it,and all they're products are natural. :]
some other things i've heard are ..
*put two spoons in the freezer for 15 minutes. after the spoons are pretty cold, put them under your eyes for as long as it takes for the bags to reduce.
This might be true, because coldness helps circulation.
*make tea (haha) after you've used the teabags, take them out and let them sit till they cool. put them under your eyes for 10 minutes.
I'm not sure if this works, but its worth a try. They say the herbs in the teas reduce swelling/baggage.
Other than that, it could be hereditary. nothing helps that =/. if you mom or dad has under eye circles too, then thats probably the culprit.
everyone has them, no doubt about that one, just, some more than others. try investing in a good concealer, i can't really tell you which one, because it also depends on how the rest of your skin is. lately i've just been useing Powder on my undereyes,so i wouldnt really know :p.
LuvStory2008 answered Tuesday March 25 2008, 8:01 am: What you're doing is the right thing. I mean water and sleep but it depends on how long have you been keeping this up. If its only been a couple of days you can't really expect the circles to disappear over night. ust keep up with sleep and drink a lot of water oh try the MAC company. They may have something if not MAC then try Estee Lauder. I don't if I spelled it right but this is close enough lol. [ LuvStory2008's advice column | Ask LuvStory2008 A Question ]

Thousands of beauty pageant contestants can't be wrong.
I know, sounds weird, but shrinks the skin to reduce eye luggage.
