I think you should go to a drive in movie or to the parking lot pf a park that's were most couples go. I also think you should just do first base things becuase if you go a little further he or even you would be in a situation you couldn't handle. Try being in front seat becuase its more tempting to do things that you may not want to do in the back seat.

you honestly shouldn't have sex in a car, because cops drive around and even if the car is foggy they will come up to your car and you can get into a lot of trouble. trust me i'm 15/f also, and its happened, i had to have my guardian come get me and it was really embarrassing sitting there naked with the cops watching you get dressed.
if your going to do it, be reallyy careful where you chose to it, try to do it where there are a lot of trees around, and its dark out.

If anywhere, ask him to park his car in a parking lot (walmart) that have lots of parking spaces so park as far away from the store as you can. And do it in the back seat rather than the front there is a chance people will see you if yall are sitting in the front.
Or park your car at a park (if you have one) or near a fishing peer (lol)
Any kissing touching each other all over your bodies, his body can be on top of yours but with clothes on touching each other is sensual. So that would work without having any sex at all.
Or at walmart yall maybe park in the back near where they fix the cars.
