i have a wart on the bottom of my foot. it's been there for like 7 months and i've heard sometimes they just go away on their own. is that true? and is there anything i can do to help it go away? like any medications or whatever. thanks!
Additional info, added Monday March 24 2008, 8:54 pm: could you please tell me the names of any SUCCESSFUL (you tried it and it went away) brands or home remedies? i want it go to away pretty soon if at all possible. Plantar warts grow up into you instead of out, which makes them impossible to remove with at home remedies.
I had a few when I was a freshman, and the first doctor I went to had this thing of surgery, which they stopped doing 15 years ago. So my second doctor had acid wraps, which are basically painless wraps on your feet with acid that will painlessly burn the warts away until they're gone, which is surprisingly painless.

I had a wart on my foot (disgusting, I know) 2 summers ago, and nothing but duct tape REALLY worked.
mp95 answered Monday March 24 2008, 1:02 pm: warts can go away on their own. but if they don't there are medications that you can buy to help it go away. and if those don't work, then your dermatologist can remove it easily. good luck. [ mp95's advice column | Ask mp95 A Question ]
