I also have a lot of hair on my arms and it's dark so it shows up more but I bleach mine. It's pretty easy and you can buy it at the drug store but that stuff is quite strong so read all the directions. That's your best option and make sure you use Sunscreen that has an SPF of at least 15 or you will be harming your skin. [ wonderfulchels's advice column | Ask wonderfulchels A Question ]

It is a good alternative to shaving your arms because shaving causes your hair to grow back thicker and darker and you will end up having to shave every day. This way if you ever decide you don't mind that hair on your arms you simply stop bleaching it.
And if you're fair skinned and you would like to become more tan you might want to try using a strong SPF lotion and adding BRONZER to it. This will bring color to your skin without burning it as much. Don't tan for longer than 30 minutes every day. [ MDC09's advice column | Ask MDC09 A Question ]

Stay out in the sun untill you feel your getting burned. You will know, trust me. And for sunscreen just use anything you find at the store. I like the kind that sprays on.
