Paint your walls a bright white (yes there is a such thing) then take all the colors you mentioned and take a paintbrush (different brush for each color) and splatter each of your walls with all the different colors. It looks totally cool. Add pillows (furry fun pillows) and some shag carpet. Also, for your couch, tryfinfing a fun fabric or blanket and tucking it into the crevis's. add some pillows.
hope this helps

Okay, so I have a pretty good idea set for your new room. I just finished listening to Natasha Bedingfield's song 'Pocketful of Sunshine'. Since you said that you liked bright colors, paint your room a sky blue, and stencil in a sun. I'm going to draw this in paint to explain it more thoroughly.

- Wall Storage

A couple of those should do the trick.

- Decorations

Since the room will have bright colors, you need basic, preferably metallic decorations to tone down the brightness in the room.

- Paint Colors

- Clothes Storage

Since you said that your closet is small, you can put up to 4 items of clothing on just one hook.

- Shoe Storage

That fits on the door, so you can even put it on the door that opens to your room to save space!

- Couch Cover
