This is going to be a very confusing story, please bare with me haha.
Ok, so last weekend i hooked up with this guy John. John and I had been sort of a thing for like a couple weeks and this was the first time we've hooked up. Things were like fine between us for a few days but then he started excessively calling me and i got really annoyed and decided it was time to move on, though he doesn't know that yet. This past saturday we were all out and john and i werent talking that much because he was in a pissy mood and i didnt want to deal with him. so i just flirted alot with my good friend james who i like now, and he likes me. later that night he called me upset and blamed it on me, and i felt really bad. i have absolutely no feelings for john anymore though. I have no idea what to tell john or even to follow through with things with james. what should i do?

Just tell John what you see...that things are going down hill and you should break off before things get ugly. Only in a much less blunt and more polite way of course. And I think you should go for it with James...but wait for a few weeks. that way it won't look like you left john for James. hope this helps...good luck.

I've been in this situation so I know it's not easy. I dealt with it by just telling my boyfriend I was sorry but that we just didn't click the right way. That's really all I said. As for following through on things with James, I'd just keep hanging out with him for a while and see if you have really strong feelings or if you want to give it a shot. Hope this helped.
