well you have to build up your confedence becuase without this you will be to scared to approch him. now take the easy approch first you dont want to seem desprate. start saying hi to him if you dont already. you have to strike of the conversation if you want to talk to him. your gonna have to draw him into you. now i dont know if you already say hi to him when u see him but you have to be more consistant. guys like girls that are more outgoing with thier own style show him you. if it were me i would go up to him and say hi and maybe ask him a question like if he knew where this are that was. and then when you two talk more just ask him his name and age. be bold with it though. dont be shy.
