Your period

Question Posted Tuesday March 11 2008, 12:46 am

Hey, i'm almost 16 years old and I've had my period for almost a year. But anyhow, One time that I had my period I had used a tampon and I had only kept it in for a little over an hour. In this short time the blood, which was a fair amount, had soaked the tampon and almost got on my underwear. So, I was just wondering if I should be switching regular tampons more often or if I should just be using a higher absorbancy level.
~ thanks

i would suggest using a higher absorbancy level, especially during the first couple days of your period.
