and I drink Organic milk no matter what but I started drinking 1% does that help my losing weight at all or is it wasting my time. i'm 15 if that helps.

LM answered Saturday March 8 2008, 4:52 pm: Yes, switching to a lower-fat milk decreases your fat intake. I always drink skim or 1%, and since I drink so much milk I can guarantee that if I was drinking whole milk I'd be 15 pounds heavier.
