That wouldn't look half bad. If you go to a fabric store, they will definitely have cheetah fabric, and you can have them made into curtains. You could also do big cheetah panels to hang on the wall. You could get huge sheets of plywood, padding, and cheetah fabric and staple it on there, like they do on shows like Trading Spaces. Then you hang it on the wall, just like you would a picture frame (but bigger). It always ends up looking great.

Maybe it would be a good idea to call ahead and see if they have stencils with a cheetah spot design with which you can paint the spots with.
There are also giant foam stamps that you put a thin layer of paint on and stamp it on the wall. These aren't like regualy stamps you use with ink; I'm talking about big ones made especially for painting projects. Those work well too, but I'm thinking the stencils are probably more accident-free.
I'm thinking fabric might be a bit much, but it depends on how creative you can get with it. Talk to one of the specialists at the craft store and they can help you out no problem. [ sugarplum07's advice column | Ask sugarplum07 A Question ]

I know you don't want to do that but fabric might be harder to get off because you have to glue it and it could be really thick. anyway, wallpaper really isn't that hard to get off you just take a paint brush dip it in water "paint" the wall with the water and then take a scraper and just scrape it off.
Also, if you use paint then you risk messing up and just making circles rather than cheetah spots.
