If you are uncomfortable by her being an adult baby around you then communicate with her and let her know you'd really appreciate it if she didn't express her kink in front of you. If you choose to do that, then try your very best not to come off as rude so you don't lose a good friendship.
I understand your confusion about this but it really is not anything to be concerned about. It seems to me that the adult-baby group is very against illegal activities for one. From what I'm seeing online they are all consenting adults and it really has nothing to do with children:
"Most AB/DL (Adult Baby/Diaper Lovers) organizations will expel child molesters."
Here is a pretty decent link that has a lot of information about this lifestyle:
That site is not graphic in any way and there are no photos. It seems to me that it was written to simply be informative.
It also says that it's a way that these people de-stress. Today's world is hectic enough and many of these people have a lot of responsibility from their jobs. So, for them it's a way to get away from their stress and relax. It also says, it's common for this to not even lead to sexual activities.
So, I wouldn't be concerned about your friend's lifestyle. If you have any more questions then you should definately ask her since she knows. I'm sure she's answered questions before about it.
I wish you luck on gathering enough information to overcome your confusion on this topic so you can keep a good friend. [ Peeps's advice column | Ask Peeps A Question ]

Adult babies are usually considered a fetish. There really is no way to understand it, unless you live that kind of lifestyle.
If you like her as a friend, then continue being her friend. If you get closer, ask her about it, and see what she says first hand. [ Melody's advice column | Ask Melody A Question ]
