Okay, so I started my diet on around Tuesday, and what I'm doing is cutting out unhealthy snacks and substituting them with like healthier ones and sometimes Ill cut out snacks all together but if I am craving something its healthy. and now I'm also starting to run with my brother. I have a habit of going on diets and then stopping them as soon as I lose a few pounds but I want to do something that will keep me on track and ENJOYING the diet, not doing it because I need to and want to and because it seems like one extra chore.
My boyfriends prom is in june or july and my sweet 16 is in september i want to lose 15 or 20 pounds before this.
what are some more good ways to lose weight healthy and affectively?
by the way I'm 15, 5'2 or 5'3 and around 180 pounds (overweight for my height) so this diet needs to work.

Your on the right track by cutting the unhealthy snacks and going for the better ones , good job . Just keep up what your doing like eating right and exercising daily . Each day go up a couple more minutes than you did the day before . To make it seem that its not a chore do somthing that is fun to you but also getting the good exercise your want and need . Play soccer , basicly anything with jogging or constant moving. Its really good to listen to music because it gets you pumped and always " up " to do whatever . Just keep it up , also try about 50 sit ups every other night , Should get results in about 4-5 weeks . [ varistygirl12's advice column | Ask varistygirl12 A Question ]
