cheap or free eye surgury in california

i met this lady whos on her 40s she juz got from mexico but needs eye surgury rite away or she could be left blind she dosent have the $$$$ 2 pay for it and since she got here in california she has no health insuranca and yeah she came here illegally but is there any place she can get help plz

I'd also like to add that 'cheap' eye surgery still isn't cheap.
and FREE? Are you kidding me? Free eye surgery, if you could find anyone who offered it, would most likely be experimental, unprofessional, and horribly, horribly dangerous.

Being blind isn't such a bad thing compared to the alternative.

Because she is illegal, it is going to be extremely difficult for her. Besides that, she can't get insurance if she doesn't have citizenship. Here are some helpful websites outlining the California Health policies:
