Yes, but you have to look through the video you commented, and sometimes that takes ages due to the amount of people commenting on videos these days, If you don't know what video you commented on, then theres a problem!
But to answer your question, no there isnt a "link" or place you click to go to your comments... Unfortunaetly if you somehow find a suggestion forum or something on youtube, you should most certainly suggest that!!
