Wierd Situation!
Ohkay, so my problem is really wierd..
so whenever i like a guy and he likes me. i dont wanna like him anymore. it may sound confusing but i really need advice.

This issue isn't as rare as you might think it is. There was a question similar to this one not too long ago, and I'm also this way. The problem is that we want what we can't have, and never appreciate what we do have. What you should do is take the initiative-always- before you actually have a chance to feel nervous, find a flaw on the person, or overthink the whole situation. You're probably scared of the commitment that comes with having the guy you like actually like you back.
My advice is - in that situation, remember that you can go slow, that you can wait and flirt for a while before actually being "in a relationship".
Don't sweat it too much, though. Maybe you're not ready to be in a relationship, which is perfectly okay.
